- Q: Do you rent decor?
A: No, our decor is only available for sale.
- Q: Will you hang my existing decorations?
A: No, we only work with our decor. However, if you have a natural tree, we can decorate it with our decor.
- Q: Can I install your decor myself?
A: Yes. each year, we offer a particular Look in a drop-off alternative for customers in the DFW area. It includes everything you need, minus installation and take-down services. The total number of tree ornaments in the drop-off package is 175. Supplies for ornament hanging are also included. This year’s drop-off Look is The Gingerbread House.
- Q: How much does it cost?
A: We import luxury European Christmas decor. The price of our each client’s decor depends on their unique needs. Please call us to schedule a design consultation, which can be either in-person or virtual.
- Q: If we live outside the Dallas / Fort Worth area, do you ship?
A: Yes. Please contact us to find the best shipping option.
- Can I buy just one box of ornaments or one decor item?
A: We are an interior design company that decorates our clients’ homes with complete Christmas decor. We’re not an e-commerce company and so don’t sell individual items.
- Q: Can we use our own tree?
A: Yes, we can use a tree you provide. However, the tree needs to be fully set up (on a tree stand) at the time we arrive for installation. We can also decorate your natural tree.
- Q: How do we pay?
A: We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). We charge 50% at the time of booking your installation appointment. That time slot is thus reserved for you. We reserve your ornament collection, we select and prepare your bins and order the tree. We charge the remaining balance the day of your scheduled installation. The takedown service is free for customers that purchase a package and installation service.
- Q: Can we customize a look?
A: Yes. We have an unparalleled collection of glass ornaments that can amaze the most selective buyers.
- Q: Do you offer custom and/or specific colors?
A: Yes. Given advance notice for import time requirements, we can design ornaments in the color or color combinations of your choice. We can also do custom shapes.
- Q: Do you offer shatterproof ornaments with your services?
A: Yes. For designers and businesses that deal with high traffic, we offer an exclusive selection of European imported shatterproof collections. Call us for details.
